The terms, in one table
These are the terms the program pays on today. Every figure here is read from the program's configuration, so the page cannot say one thing and the payout another.
Commission
20% of every Tradetron subscription payment a referred trader makes.
For how long
For as long as they stay subscribed. Month 1, month 12, month 60. Upgrades count at the new price.
What counts
Tradetron subscription payments only. Marketplace strategy subscriptions and wallet top-ups are not commissionable.
Attribution
Your link carries ?ref=your-code. Any tradetron.tech page sets a 180-day cookie; when the visitor signs up within that window, your code is written to their account and stays there.
Currency
US dollars. A referral who pays in dollars earns you dollars.
Payout
On the 10th of every month, by PayPal, for your whole balance, once it is at least $25. Below that, it carries over.
Tax paperwork
A W-9 (US persons) or W-8BEN / W-8BEN-E (everyone else) before your first payout. A 1099 at the US reporting threshold.
Cost to you
Nothing. No fee, no audience minimum, no tier to reach.
The arithmetic, with nothing hidden

A trader on Tradetron's Retail plan at $50 a month is $10 to you, every month they stay. Ten of them is $100 a month. Add ten more next month and you are at $200, without the first ten doing anything again.
Arithmetic, not a forecast. What you actually earn depends on who signs up, which plan they take and how long they stay. Nobody here is promising you an income.

What we ask of you
US advertising law (the FTC's Endorsement Guides) and the program terms come to the same three things. Breaking them voids commission on that traffic, and can end the account.
FTC
Say that you earn a commission
In the first lines of the post, caption or description, not behind a "more" link and not only in a video description. In video, say it and show it. Use this wording, or something at least as clear:
I earn a commission if you subscribe to Tradetron through my link.
Short form for a caption: "#ad #TradetronAffiliate", and "paid link" next to the link itself. "Affiliate link" alone is not enough.

No earnings claims
No return, win rate, profit figure or P&L screenshot, yours or anyone's, and no promise of an income or of safety. You are recommending a tool, not a result. The program terms forbid it, and so does the FTC.

No broker endorsement
Name a broker only as one Tradetron connects to. Never say or imply that a broker recommends, sponsors or partners with Tradetron, and never use a broker's logo.

And the usual
No bidding on "Tradetron" or its misspellings in search ads.
No paid or incentivised reviews on Trustpilot, G2, Capterra or anywhere else.
No cookie stuffing, forced clicks or bulk unsolicited messages.
No "investment advice", "signals" or "our picks": the software runs the trader's own rules.
Tax forms, before your first payout
Before the first payout we ask every affiliate for one form. It takes a few minutes and is done once.
W-9
W-9 · US persons
US citizens, residents and US entities give a Form W-9. If we pay you $2,000 or more in a calendar year, you receive a Form 1099 for it the following January and a copy goes to the IRS.
W-8BEN
W-8BEN · everyone else
Individuals outside the US give a Form W-8BEN (entities a W-8BEN-E). It certifies that you are not a US person; you receive no 1099, and nothing is withheld on work you do outside the US.
The forms are collected in the portal before the first US payout run. Until then your balance accrues as normal. This is not tax advice: your own adviser decides what you owe where you live.

Questions
Who can join?
Anyone 18 or over with a PayPal account: in the US or anywhere else, a US person or not. Your audience does not have to be in the US either; the program pays on any referral who subscribes in US dollars.
What exactly earns commission?
Tradetron subscription payments made by traders who signed up through your link. A marketplace strategy subscription, a wallet top-up or a course is not commissionable, and neither is a trader who signed up before clicking your link.
How long do I keep earning from a referral?
For as long as they pay Tradetron. A visitor has 180 days after clicking your link to sign up; once they do, your code is written to their account for good, and you get 20% of every subscription payment they make after that.
When and how am I paid?
On the 10th of each month, by PayPal, in US dollars, for your whole balance, as long as it is at least $25. A smaller balance carries over to the next month. You add your PayPal address in the portal under Payouts.
What tax paperwork is involved?
One form before your first payout: a W-9 if you are a US person, a W-8BEN (or W-8BEN-E for a company) if you are not. US affiliates paid $2,000 or more in a calendar year get a Form 1099. Nothing is withheld on work done outside the US.
What do I have to disclose?
That you earn a commission, in the first lines of every post, visibly and, in video, audibly. The wording on this page is enough; "#ad #TradetronAffiliate" plus "paid link" is the short form. The portal's share tools put the label on for you.
What can't I say?
No earnings, return, win-rate or P&L claims, yours or your viewers', and no promise of an income, a return or safety. No claim that any broker endorses Tradetron, and no broker logos. No bidding on the Tradetron brand in search ads.
Can I promote in Spanish?
Yes. This page and the disclosure wording are in Spanish too (Español, at the top), and Tradetron's US pages are coming in Spanish. The terms, the payout and the paperwork are the same whatever language your audience speaks.
